The city council has 4 Job Banks:
- Sweepers Job Bank: provides personnel dedicated to street cleaning.
- Cleaning Job Bank: provides personnel dedicated to cleaning municipal buildings.
- Maintenance Job Bank: provides support staff to the maintenance area (normally gardening and masonry tasks).
- General Employment Exchange: intended to cover job offers from companies in the private sector.
