Ingredients:

  • (For 6 people)
  • 6 artichokes
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 onions
  • 5 tomatoes
  • Parsley
  • Pine nuts
  • Oil
  • Salt

Preparation:

  1. Sauté tomato and onions.
  2. Eggs are boiled.
  3. When the onions and tomato are fried, add the chopped eggs, pine nuts and parsley
  4. Make a dough with everything and stuff the artichokes, leaving them to cook for an hour.
