Preparation:
- We have had the chickpeas since the night before in water.
- Clean the meat well. We put it to boil together with the celery and the chickpeas, when it boils we add the potatoes.
- We make the balls by mixing all the ingredients that have been indicated, we wet the bread and drain it well, once we have kneaded everything we shape the ball, the size will depend on each one.
- We add them to the pot and in 30 minutes with the pot closed and the fire at a minimum they are ready.
