Preparation:
- We clean all the fish, chop the cuttlefish and the tuna
- In a frying pan with a little oil, fry the ñora, set it aside, leaving it in the mortar together with the previously roasted garlic. In that same oil we fry the tuna and later the cuttlefish.
- Adding water to the pan, add all the fish together with the minced meat, letting it boil for approximately 30 minutes.
- We put two handfuls of rice per person, letting it cook for approximately 20 minutes.
