Preparation:
- We put the rice to soak (1 or 2 hours). In a pot we put the rice with the water before cooking. When it starts to boil, add the milk, the lemon peel, the cinnamon stick and the sugar.
- With a wooden spoon, we are stirring, until it becomes honeyed.
- We remove it from the heat and serve in containers sprinkling with a little cinnamon.
