Preparation:
- Boil the pumpkin and pass it through a food mill. (Let it cool down)
- Add flour little by little and knead well.
- We dissolve the yeast with a little warm water. Add everything and continue kneading until a soft paste remains. Let the dough ferment (covering it with a cloth, rise before)
- Heat oil in a frying pan and we can start making the fritters, it is advisable to wet your hand so that the dough does not stick to your hand.
- Once done, sprinkle with sugar.
