Ingredients:

  • (For 4 people)
  • 400 grams of lentils
  • 2-3 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 50gr of chorizo
  • 50 gr of serrano ham
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • laurel
  • peppers
  • flour
  • 1 glass of white wine

Preparation:

  1. We have to put the lentils in water the night before.
  2. Boil the lentils and once boiled add all the vegetables, except the tomato and onion.
  3. Stir-fry the tomato and onion adding the paprika and a teaspoon of flour to thicken the broth.
  4. We add this sauce to the pot.
  5. Cut the hard-boiled eggs and put them together with the rest of the ingredients.
  6. Finally, add the bay leaf and a glass of white wine.
  7. So that the lentils do not stick, you should move them constantly.
