Preparation:
- We have to put the lentils in water the night before.
- Boil the lentils and once boiled add all the vegetables, except the tomato and onion.
- Stir-fry the tomato and onion adding the paprika and a teaspoon of flour to thicken the broth.
- We add this sauce to the pot.
- Cut the hard-boiled eggs and put them together with the rest of the ingredients.
