Preparation:
- Cut the ham into small pieces.
- Sauté the onion cut into small pieces.
- Sauté the ham together with the spring onion.
- Pour 4 tablespoons of flour into the sauce, add milk continuously until the dough hardens.
- Let cool.
- Make the croquettes giving them the desired shape, dip them in beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
- Put oil in a pan to heat, when the oil is hot we make the croquettes.
