Preparation:
- Boil 3/4 of the milk with the lemon rind and cinnamon. In another container, mix the 1/4 of the milk with the flour and the sugar until we get a mixture without lumps. Add this mixture to the boiling milk and, stirring constantly, wait a few minutes.
- Remove from the heat and pour the mixture into the containers where we are going to present the dessert. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar.
