Preparation:
- Sauté the artichoke and beans. We add grated tomato, we put a little ground pepper and salt.
- In a pot we put the sofrito and water, let it cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Mince garlic and cumin and add to the pot.
- We put 4 eggs (one per person) in the pot and finally we cut very thin bread (we can fry this bread or not) and put it in the pot.
