Preparation:
- We rub the wheat dry so that the grain is well cleaned.
- Then clean it with water to remove any traces of straw.
- In a saucepan we put it to boil for 10-15 minutes and skim it.
- We remove this water.
- We add new water and put the chickpeas, vegetables, potatoes and wheat.
- Sauté the onion and ground pepper. We add it to the pot and wait for about an hour.
