Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kilo of almonds
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 kilo of sugar
  • 250 grams dry sweet
  • 1 jar of angel hair
  • 250 grams of bacon without lean
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Icing sugar to decorate
  • Butter to spread the container

Pastel de almendras

Preparation:

  1. Beat the eggs, add the sugar and the almonds. Half of this mass is thrown into the container where the bacon is also included. It is spread over the container and then the angel hair and the dried candy cut into pieces are put; and with the other half of the dough the cake is covered and sprinkled with cinnamon.
  2. Then it is taken to the oven and when it is ready it is sprinkled with icing sugar.
