Preparation:
- In a pot, heat a little oil and fry a tomato, a little ground pepper and a small spoonful of flour, add water to the pot and let it boil.
- Later we put the washed and chopped vegetables, cover the pot and let it boil for about half an hour (pot soon).
- We open the pot and add the spices (saffron, salt and mint)
- Let it boil a little and add the cucorrones to cook for 2 minutes.
