Preparation:
- The beans are peeled and shelled.
- The artichokes are cleaned by dividing into 4 pieces.
- The broad beans, the artichokes, the sausage and the tomato are fried.
- When it is well fried, add water, salt and saffron, letting it boil for about 15 minutes.
- In a separate saucepan put 2 glasses of water and undo the flour without making lumps. This mass is added to the pan where the sofrito is boiling. Stir little by little until it thickens.
